I’m a creator, writer, and observer of the world around me. I use words, images, and video to explore identity, purpose, faith, and the realities of modern life — especially as they relate to the Somali experience across borders.
I believe storytelling is a powerful tool. It helps us understand where we come from, where we are, and where we are going.
My Vision

Somalis today live in many parts of the world, adapting to different cultures and systems. While this brings opportunity, it can also create distance — from values, from history, and from one another.
My vision is to help bridge that gap by encouraging reflection, discipline, and purpose, without losing who we are.
